Show us how far you’d go to project your butterfinger! You could win $25,000! Cha-Ching! Create a video that cracks us up, and you might be laughing all the way to the bank! AND you may have your video featured in a 15-second TV spot!
Your video should fall into one of these four categories:
- Workplace Shenanigans – Causing chaos behind the Boss’ back.
- Epic Fail – A wacky disaster of ginormous proportions.
- Best Use of a Gadget – Hijinks with a gizmo, doodad or thingamajig.
- Sweetest Kung Fu Moves – A pu-pu platter of punches, kicks and chops.
Contest is only open to natural persons who are legal residents of and physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years or older. Submission period ends at 11:59 p.m. ET 8/25/09.
Entry must incorporate BUTTERFINGER® candy bar in the video in a clever, positive way and feature or depict a positive reference to or visual of someone protecting their BUTTERFINGER® bar.
A panel of qualified judges will select one (1) Finalist video in each of the four categories, from all eligible Entries received in each category. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Integrating the BUTTERFINGER® candy bar product in a clever way, 25%
- Originality and Creativity, 25%
- Overall Appeal, 25%
- Laugh Factor, 25%
The confirmed Finalists’ videos will be featured on www.protectyourbutterfingerbar.com between 12:01am ET 9/01/09 and 11:59pm ET 9/22/09 during which time Yahoo! Users may vote for their favorite video. The Entry that receives the most votes by 11:59 p.m. ET on 9/22/09 will be determined as the “Grand Prize Winner”.
